Shipping

All purchases through our site within the USA are handled via standard UPS ground shipping.  Shippings times will be based on the following:

-Orders placed before 1:00 PM Central Time will be shipped same day with the exception of weekends and observed holidays.
-Orders placed after 1:00 PM Central Time will be shipped the next business day.
-Orders placed on weekends or observed holidays will be shipped the next business day.

International Shipments:

Customs policies vary from country to country. In addition to shipping charges*, the customer will be responsible for paying duties and taxes. The customer is also considered the importer of record and is responsible for customs fees and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which they are receiving the goods.

We do not have control over these charges and cannot estimate what they may be. If your customer has additional questions, they should contact their local Customs office.

Shipping is calculated by UPS based on shipping from manufacturer (Zip Code 60007) to the delivery address on the order. Actual delivery times are at the discretion of UPS. Tracking information from UPS will be emailed to the email address listed on the order when the order is shipped. 

 

Dental Innovations LLC- DI Series Return Policy

All purchases have a 45-day return policy, and all products have a 1-year warranty.

For returns due to technical issues of products under warranty:

  1. Please send us your full customer contact information along with your billing/shipping address and description of the issue.
  2. Dental Innovations will issue you a customer return authorization number (RMA)
  3. After receipt of the RMA number, please send the unit back, addressed to:

Please note:

Only the faulty unit needs to be returned, not the entire package and accessories. However, for additional protection, it is recommended that customers leave an eartip on the unit to help protect against shock trauma. We also highly recommend a well-protected shipping container along with tracking/insurance of the package to ensure and confirm delivery.

Please allow for 3-5 business days for evaluation of the product upon manufacturer receipt. Replaced/repaired units will then be returned back to the customer at the address provided along with a detailed service report.

Note: In the event that a unit is determined to not be faulty, passes all testing and functions properly, this will be noted in the product evaluation and the unit will be returned to the customer. There will be a charge for the product evaluation and return shipping to the customer.

It is standard operating procedure for the manufacturer to replace filters and eartips on any returned units that pass all tests.

 

Non-Warranty Returns

Any returns determined to be out of warranty due to age or physical damage will need to follow steps 1-3 above. Dental Innovations will then communicate with the customer regarding costs for any replacements.

Note: Replacement units beyond the warranty period will be sold as individual, unpackaged units. These will still include 1 earplug, frost earth, filter (installed), and neck cord.

Units will be returned to the manufacturer for evaluation and if in good condition the appropriate credit will be issued back to the customer.
